Claims Manager implements a sequence of steps to convert claim data extracted from a HIS or Practice Management system into 837 format. The steps are:

1. Importing the claims to the Claims Manager warehouse files.
2. Reviewing / editing the claims in the warehouse.
3. Sweeping claims from the warehouse to the claim export file.
